After-sales service includes:
- Parts are missing or lost and will be reissued once. <br>Application procedure When a part needs to be reissued, the following information is required to speed up the reissue process.
1: Product model (4 digits on the box surface/side)
2: Please take a photo of the missing parts as shown in the instruction manual
3: Provide the receiving address
4: Send an email to your email address , please indicate "Reissue Parts"
5: The replacement service will be sent by ordinary mail and usually takes 2-3 working days

- Assembly instructions will be sent
When you need to reissue the instruction manual, please provide the product model number (4 digits on the box surface/side)
